WHERE WE LIVE AND WORK

We are in the south of Spain in the autonomous region of Andalucia which should be explored for its rich history and culture. Specifically we are in the southern province of Malaga in the area called the Golden Triangle. This consists of the municipalities of Benahavis, Estepona and Marbella. The latest population estimate for this area is around 274,000 inhabitants. The people who live here are a fantastic mix of nationalities and cultures all being hosted by the hospitable and friendly Andalucians. This area has been home to people buying villas to enjoy and retire and people coming to visit since Roman times.

WHY WE ARE HERE

Each person here will have their favourite reasons. Amazing climate, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic coast, the skiing in Granada, architecture, culture, history, the food, the international neighbours and friends, the friendly local people, the beauty, the sunsets, the parties, the brash displays of wealth, the hidden wealth in the hills, the privacy, the lack of paparazzi, the tranquility, the nature, the beaches, the beautiful people, the list goes on but in fact the simple reason is that it is nice. It is nice to be here. This should not be underestimated as a reason to come or as a compelling long term reason to invest.
